1/4 cup water
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 ounce Southern Star Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce apple brandy
1 ounce fresh apple cider
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce thyme simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters Glass: Rocks
